Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times. Since the service/time/dates are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. I respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice if you cancel. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the service you booked. Same day cancellations are charged 100% of the service(s) booked. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will result in your appointment being rescheduled and you will be charged 50% of the service(s) you scheduled. A “no show” for your appointment will result in a 100% value of your selected service being charged to the card on file. After 2 “no shows” you will be blocked from booking. If you would like to change your service please reach out before your appointment. Changing your service(s) the same day will result in a cancellation fee. 50% of the service you had scheduled in addition to the new service(s). No time will be added to your appointment.
